In-House Maintenance Company and Personnel
Allied also has its own in-house Class A contracting maintenance company that can give competitive bids for home improvements and repairs.

  • List and market Commercial Properties for sale or lease in all price ranges, including: Residential Development Land, Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Industrial Property and Site Representation
  • Seller, Buyer or Dual Agency Representation
  • Consulting services are available on a fee basis
  • Rental analysis & estimate of rental value
  • Counseling in preparing your home for rent
  • Market and advertise your home for rent at no cost via the Daily Press, LAFB, and Ft. Monroe base publications as well as the Master Listing Service (MLS).
  • Locate potential tenant & obtain lease application
  • Run in-office credit report
  • Select tenant through rental reference & income verification
  • Complete & obtain signed lease agreement and related documents such as: Sample move out letter, Move in inspection report, Key issue form, and Pet Addendum (if permissible).
  • Field all maintenance requests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Provide homeowners substantial savings through our Class "A" contracting company.
  • Provide homeowners quotes on major repairs upon request through our Class "A" contracting company.
  • Collect all rents and related fees
  • Make deposit for owners in banking or trust accounts
  • Disperse checks to homeowner on or about the 10th of each month
  • Retain tenants security deposit during tenancy and disposition will at discretion of Agent
  • Provide homeowner with detailed monthly statement and copy of any related expenses and charges: remit to owners receipts less disbursements
  • Pay all maintenance bills in a timely fashion
  • Execute contracts for utilities and services for the operation, maintenance and safety of property
  • Conduct annual inspection of property
  • File any court documents pertaining to the nonpayment of rent or eviction process.
  • Management of Association, employees, contractors
  • Maintenance of Community Association Records
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Maintain Association fiscal records in accordance with acceptable procedures
  • Prepare regularly scheduled financial statements and reports
  • Develop effective assessment collection and accounts payable procedures
